We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with all areas carefully maintained and super clean. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the spacious and comfortable guest room with a breathtaking view of the oceanfront, to the hot spring bathing facilities that faced the ocean - a once in a lifetime experience. The breakfast provided was delicious, with different menus served daily and made from fresh, local ingredients. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, providing excellent service and acting as personal concierges. They even remembered our preferences, such as the type of tea we liked, and made sure we were well taken care of during our stay. The location of the hotel, right next to the ocean facing Nanao Bay, added to the overall charm and tranquility of this incredible experience.

Great Views and Friendly Staff
This hotel had amazing views of the Sea of Japan and the surrounding village. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and they made sure to offer us traditional green tea and sweets upon arrival. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the local area.
The hotel's decor felt very outdated and in need of a renovation. The amenities were also not up to our expectations, and we found the prices to be quite expensive for what was offered.

The hotel is situated right on the sea, providing stunning views of the sunset over the Sea of Japan. Additionally, the hotel's theater offers entertaining performances for guests to enjoy during their stay. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel offers a charming and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing walks.
One downside is that the bathroom might be a bit small for some guests, although it is still adequate for their needs.

This hotel is a luxurious and exclusive venue. the service was impeccable, and the spa & wellness centre provided a relaxing experience. the sauna, swimming pool, and Jacuzzi were highlights of our stay, and the live entertainment added to the overall ambiance. the massage and karaoke were also standout features. the garden area was lovely, and the spa centre was top, notch. the leisure/TV room was a nice touch, providing a cozy atmosphere for relaxation. the hot spring bath and open, air bath are must, tries.
The only minor issue we experienced was with the restaurant. While the continental breakfast was delicious, the special diet menus could have been more extensive.

the rooms were spacious and clean with tatami mats and futons. the hotel offers free shows and paid ones and there are plenty of entertainment options available, like shopping, karaoke, and an onsen area. the room attendant was very kind and we were offered a complimentary tea and sweet treat. the hotel was located within walking distance to shops and restaurants.
The breakfast was on the pricey side and the variety of food options was limited. the hotel could have used more signs in English as it was difficult to navigate our way in the hotel at times.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel with exclusive amenities. the service was impeccable and the Spa & wellness center was superb. the Sauna, Swimming pool, and Jacuzzi were all first, class facilities to enjoy. the live entertainment and karaoke were a great touch. the garden area provided a serene ambiance to relax in. the hot spring and open, air bath were an unforgettable experience. the food at the restaurant was of high quality and the special diet menus were much appreciated.
The public bath could use some updating as it appeared dated. Despite this minor issue, this hotel fulfilled all of my luxurious needs and provided a one, of, a, kind experience.

The breakfast and dinner included in the package were pretty good. The location of the hotel was quite convenient, just a few minutes from the beach. The hotel staff was also polite and accommodating, they provided us with extra towels and even helped with our luggage.
The hotel room looked quite outdated. The walls were thin, and we could hear the people next door, which made it difficult to sleep at times.

The hotel is located on the bay area and close to a local kiriko festival. the rooms are Japanese styled with tatami mats and a low table. A deep tub and Japanese style shower are included in the bathroom. the hotel provides traditional entertainment shows that you can enjoy.
The hotel's customer service is not up to par with the price.
